Job Duties and Qualifications
Under general supervision, promotes excellent service quality as well as health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance at the worksite. Shares responsibility for the development of safety leadership in all members of the crew. Assists in various activities, including but not limited to: hazard identification and risk management, incident reporting, investigation and causal analysis, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, emergency response, and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE. Utilizes competency processes to enhance both personal and crew members&apos development and job performance. The Job Site Safety Leader must be present on work locations where activities are on-going and where the potential of an incident may occur. Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Must be knowledgeable of HMS, HSE standards, work methods and guidelines for PSL personnel. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes. Promotes excellent customer relationships at the job site through demonstration of safety and service quality leadership. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of two years of experience.
