The Hacking Law Practice is looking to grow. We’re in search of a rockstar paralegal. Applicants will receive real-world experience, exceptional training and valuable exposure to the inner workings of a busy immigration firm.
Applicants will typically be asked to perform varying work assignments and research projects, but will also be allowed to speak with clients on a daily basis. This opportunity will provide the applicant with a rewarding experience that will allow them to help others in a busy environment. Applicants must be fluent in English and comfortable speaking with clients using English as a primary form of communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, phone calls and client communication.

• Logging incoming client documents.

• Records scanning and editing/formatting in a word document.

• Preparing documents, correspondence, and memos.

• Preliminary drafting of cover letters, files and other documents for the Attorney.

• Reviewing and tracking immigration packet progress

• Data entry.

• Scheduling and maintaining

• Other tasks and support as assigned.

Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8 hour shift
- Saturday: as needed.
- Sunday: Closed.
Requirements
A four-year degree or paralegal certificate;
3 plus years legal experience- a plus;
2 years experience in immigration law a plus;
Proficient with Microsoft’s Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $864,469.44 per month
