What You’ll Do:
- Work with ticketing systems to troubleshoot and solve operational issues.
- Utilize your programming knowledge (XML, JSON, Java Script) to support our systems.
- Monitor and analyze operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
- Manage tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with at least one programming language (XML, JSON, Java Script).
- Ability to work with ticketing systems to resolve issues.
- Fast thinker with great problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel for data handling.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative and supportive work environment.
