Currently we are seeking a Microwave Engineer to join our Professional Services team, who will be based in Argentina - Cordoba.
Key Responsibilities:
This role encompasses the management of people, technology, and processes to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

• Link feasibility analysis
• Provide solutions for different possible scenarios
• Asist Senior Engineer in radio links related tasks
• Prepare radio link engineer documentation
• Following process
• Communication with subcontractor.
• Prepare radio link engineer documentation Service Delivery
• Oversee the delivery of services to clients ensuring high-quality standards.
• Makes reports to customer
• Do meetings with customer periodically
• Agile Methodologies Implementation
• Ensure the adoption and consistent application of agile methodologies across the service delivery teams.
• Oversee and ensure that all agile ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) are held regularly and are achieving the expected outcomes.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of agile practices and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Business Management or related field.
