Act as a key point of Contact / focal point for technical issues. This could relate to maintenance, commissioning, risk assessments and root cause analysis.
Interact and reach out for support from a worldwide network of specialists and experts within Siemens Energy covering the Generators.
Record of findings and robotic inspections of generator components during maintenances.
Creation of technical report describing all interventions during an outage.
Promote a zero-harm culture in both facilities and utilities. This includes stopping work to ensure safe execution of outages.

What You Bring
Bachelor, Master or comparable engineering degrees on Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
Advanced knowledge on Generator technology
Good understanding on the operation (synchronizing, load sharing, etc.) and maintenance of generators
Advanced knowledge on manufacturing, testing and repair technologies of a generator.
Advanced knowledge on materials
Advanced knowledge of English written and spoken.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) are required, and you are comfortable to prepare, present and discuss technical topics both internal and external.
Confident in taking own responsibility and handle technical questions independently or with support of a large internal contact network from different areas.
Collaboration and networking skills are crucial to perform this role.
