Responsibilities include Preclose support, Actuals and Variance analysis, Executive meeting support material, Working capital management, Margin improvement & growth analytics, supporting EAC change process and Compliance matters, all in support of Comms & Media Industry.

- P&A Forecasting & Planning
- P&A Payroll & Cost Optimization
- P&A Investments
- P&A Competitor Financials
- P&A RDC
Responsibilities include Preclose support, Actuals and Variance analysis, Executive meeting support material, Working capital management, Margin improvement & growth analytics, supporting EAC change process and Compliance matters, all in support of Comms & Media Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Industry and Services finance teams in conducting analysis and identifying actions.
- Develop and maintain monthly reports and analysis
- Review and analyse monthly Industry financial results and understand variances to forecast including identify issues that require further action and provide solutions.
- Assist with preparation and presentation of Comms & Media Industry Business Review decks to the Industry Leadership Team as required.
- Assist Leadership Team members with decision making on sales, revenue and profitability management from finance purspective.
- Analyse areas of Profitability expansion/improvement, identify insights and actions, and drive these actionable solutions across the Portfolio and Accounts.
- Identify and assist in executing continuous improvement opportunities.
- Undertake special projects, research and ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Collaborate across Finance, across P&A and with other areas such as CFM, Commercial teams and Sales & Operations.
- Responsible for identifying, recommending, and assisting in the execution of process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to challenge the status quo by learning from past results, policies, and new approaches which can drive a better financial understanding of our results.

Must have
- CFM, CDTS experience, Commercial Operations or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications Excel, Power Point.
Good to have
- Proficiency in digital tools MMB, CBP, MMS NBM etc.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Relationships
- Business or Accounting Degree
- Knowledge of general accounting concepts, US GAAP and Accenture finance policies
- Extensive knowledge of Accenture economic model & Accenture financial systems (SAP/BR/MMB)
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Confident and comfortable dealing with finance and non-finance executives
- Ability to deal directly and effectively with executive leadership
- Ability to produce timely and quality deliverables
- Required to operate independently and prioritize workload
- Advanced Excel Technical Skills and Tools development skills
- Proficient in MS Office Outlook/Excel/Word/Power Point.
- Business Proficient in English
