What this job involves
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Facility Coordinator to join our team:
  • Location: Puerto Madero, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Work model: On site.
  • Contract Type: Indefinite-term.

What is your day to day?
  • Responsible for preventative maintenance and operation of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, UPS, Fire Life Safety)
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs, respond to work orders timely, ensure KPI compliance and customer service excellence
  • Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and work requests; provide direction to vendors and staff
  • Maintain and propose emergency response plans, including evacuation and after-hours response
  • Comply with client contract requirements, meet/exceed KPIs, and deliver exceptional service quality
  • Coordinate site operations according to agreed policies, procedures, and contract scope
  • Manage operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, and purchasing
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and improve operational standards while ensuring accurate financial management
Required:
  • 1 year of experience working with vendor coordination.
  • Student of Enginering.
  • Upper-Intermediatelevel of english.
  • Prior experience in facilities, property management or related field preferred.
  • Technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, repair and maintenance and overall system design and application.
  • Knowledgeable of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical system) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills; proficiency in english required.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
