What this job involves We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Facility Coordinator to join our team:
Location: Puerto Madero, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Work model: On site.
Contract Type: Indefinite-term.
What is your day to day?
Responsible for preventative maintenance and operation of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, UPS, Fire Life Safety)
Conduct daily walkthroughs, respond to work orders timely, ensure KPI compliance and customer service excellence
Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and work requests; provide direction to vendors and staff
Maintain and propose emergency response plans, including evacuation and after-hours response
Comply with client contract requirements, meet/exceed KPIs, and deliver exceptional service quality
Coordinate site operations according to agreed policies, procedures, and contract scope
Manage operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, and purchasing
Identify cost reduction opportunities and improve operational standards while ensuring accurate financial management
Required:
1 year of experience working with vendor coordination.
Student of Enginering.
Upper-Intermediatelevel of english.
Prior experience in facilities, property management or related field preferred.
Technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, repair and maintenance and overall system design and application.
Knowledgeable of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical system) is advantageous.
Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills; proficiency in english required.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
