International customer service and attention (China, Japan, Germany, England, Brazil among others...).
Receive customer orders
Interlocutor with customer
Attention to claims
General knowledge of the insurance policy to provide advice to the customers.
Checking information in accordance with the negotiation
What do you need to have?
At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.
Desirable experience in transnational companies
English: Advanced
Bachelor's degree
Experience in Word, PPT and Excel systems (cross-referencing and pivot tables).
