• Ensure we find the responsible parties for the damages incurred to our vehicles
  
• Complete the life cycle of a Claim on a timely manner to ensure we’re able to collect the payment for the repair
  
• Create Claims for every issue submitted
  
• Keep the department documentation up to date
  
• Conduct audits
  
• Provide support to our users regarding their Claims. A great experience will help us reduce the amount of disputes.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to support any internal functions and requests as needed
  
• Provide feedback to Claims supervisors and department manager regarding trends and opportunities to improve the department’s processes and customer experience
  
• Proactively take steps to improve the department’s processes and customer experience
  
• Direct customers to the appropriate parties and facilitate a seamless handoff if the customer requires additional assistance from a team member from another department
  
• Meet and/or exceed all the department metrics
  
• Works as a team with other departments as needed to solve customer issues ensure the customer is getting the best possible care

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management skills
  
• Responsibility, efficiency and teamwork are a must
  
• Ability to manage customer interactions across multiple platforms including phone and email
  
• Must be an effective communicator with the ability to work cross functionally with multiple departments
  
• Must be able to able to communicate both written and orally in English
  
• Must have general computer skills including email, calendar and have the ability to learn custom internal system
