Generalidades del puesto
Atender telefónicamente y realizar Gestión (Recibir llamada, entregar llamada, Seguimiento de llamada, cerrar llamadas)a las llamadas de emergencia ocasionadas por los equipos encontrados en el portafolio de mantenimiento y realizar métricas de desempeño en el servicio de cada una de las áreas a nivel nacional. Prestar apoyo a diferentes aéreas de la compañía a saber: Administración de Servicio Ventas, RRHH, Finanzas
En un día normal tendrás que:

Responder a las llamadas de emergencia entrantes y ayudar a los clientes que tienen consultas particulares o preguntas.

Proporcionar un servicio al cliente interno y externo de forma personalizada con un alto nivel de calidad despertando el interés de los clientes en los productos y servicios ofrecidos por la organización.

Informar a las áreas correspondientes cambios detectados en la base de datos de clientes.

Ayudar a los clientes de la organización basada en la comunicación con el servicio de consultas y solución de problemas.
Lo que necesitas para tener exito:

Educación: Intermedia(Técnico- Secretariado y/O Gestión Empresarial)

Experiencia: 6 meses a 1 año en Call Center (no excluyente), Puestos administrativos

Idiomas: Español

Conocimientos técnicos: Microsoft Office (Intermedio)
