Responsabilidades:
- Emisión y seguimiento del reporte de Cuentas Corrientes (aging).
- Análisis de cuentas corrientes.
- Gestión, análisis y administración de los valores en custodia.
- Coordinación, seguimiento y renegociación con el cliente sobre las condiciones de pago.
- Recepción y control de las cobranzas recibidas, por mensajería y plataformas bancarias
- Recupero, reclamo y gestión de cobro de los cheques rechazados.
- Soporte y asistencia a clientes internos y/o externos
- Reuniones periódicas con diferentes unidades de negocios sobre el status de la cartera.
- Aplicación y contabilización de las cobranzas .
- Organización y armado de la hoja de ruta con el cadete (para la cartera de todo eda y emsa)
- Emisión de asientos por cheques rechazados, ajustes cuenta corriente, etc.
- Resolución de acreditaciones sin identificar sobre las conciliaciones bancarias finales mensuales.
- Seguimiento, cálculo y emisión de notas de débito/crédito por diferencias cambiarias (EDA y EMSA)
Requisitos
- Lic. En administración de empresas, contador o a fin
- Gestión de Cobranzas - negociación - flexibilidad - orden y organización - autonomía
- Inglés intermedio
