Sales Intern - Professional Products Division
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various sources & track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop insightful reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing regular sales performance summaries for review.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and team to plan and prepare for monthly sales meetings and deployments.
- Gather and organize relevant materials, including presentations, reports, etc.
- Develop compelling Power Point presentations that effectively communicate sales strategies, targets, and results.
- Provide administrative support to the Education Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing training materials.
- Assist in editing and enhancing video content for training and communication purposes, utilizing basic video editing skills.
- Handle general office tasks as needed
PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Marketing background or related major is preferred
- Strong analysis skill and data driven mindset.
- Solid English communication skills
- Excel in Cap Cut video editing tool is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point & Excel, Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Active, articulate & sociable
