Location Vietnam - Hanoi

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

New vendor sourcing: keep track of vendor info, credentials, rate card…
Consolidate vendors’ quotations and perform comparison.
Vendors assessment/ranking: to track how many rare cards are received from vendors and evaluate their performance overall.
Adopt a selection process to ensure fair competition.
Ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to departments’ requirements.
Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
Checking the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy.
Manage relationships with organizational stakeholders and external vendors for procurement.
Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics / Business, and Foreign Trade.
At least 02 years of experience in the procurement.
A quick learner with good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated with a desire to learn.
Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Good at problem-solving and stakeholder management.
