Handling problems related to the soldering line to ensure product quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities/

Dưới đây là các nhiệm vụ chính yếu của vị trí này, ngoài những công việc chủ yếu dưới đây vị trí này cũng sẽ đảm nhiệm những công việc có liên quan hoặc được phân công hợp lý từ người quản lý.
1.Takes responsibility for the temporary handling of irregularities related to the soldering line.
Chịu trách nhiệm về việc xử lý tạm thời các vấn đề bất thường liên quan đến chuyền hàn thiếc.
2. Responsible for adjusting, managing, maintaining, and repairing equipment on the soldering line.
Chịu trách nhiệm điều chỉnh, quản lý, bảo dưỡng bảo trì và sửa chữa thiết bị trên chuyền.
3. Responsible for analyzing and tracking arising problems.
Chịu trách nhiệm phân tích và theo dõi các vấn đề phát sinh.
4. Responsible for tracking the corrected/revised products/ reworks.
Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi các sản phẩm đã sửa/ sửa lại.
5. Responsible for soldering patrolling, guiding and training employees on the line, and at the same time responsible for fixing other frequently arisen errors.
hịu trách nhiệm tuần tra hàn thiếc, hướng dẫn, đào tạo công nhân viên trên chuyền đồng thời chịu trách nhiệm sửa chữa những lỗi phát sinh thường xuyên khác.
6. To be responsible for monitoring UPH and UPPH of production lines;
Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi UPH và UPPH của các chuyền sản xuất;
7. Analyzing and improving the UPPH index;
Phân tích và cải tiến chỉ số UPPH;
8. Supporting layout, program setup and receiving new products transfer;
Hỗ trợ layout, thiết lập chương trình, nhận chuyển giao các sản phẩm mới;
9. To be responsible for acceptance and engineering change notice related to components and equipment;
Chịu trách nhiệm nghiệm thu và gửi thông báo thay đổi thông số kỹ thuật liên quan đến linh kiện, thiết bị;
10. Monitoring, labeling and updating fixed asset reports managed by the department and send these reports to the Accounting department;
Theo dõi, dán nhãn và cập nhật báo cáo tài sản cố định do bộ phận quản lý và gửi báo cáo đó cho phòng Kế toán;
11. Monitoring and planning calibration, replacement, etc. of production equipment;
Theo dõi và lập kế hoạch hiệu chuẩn, thay thế,…các thiết bị phục vụ sản xuất;
12. Report related issues to Head department;
Báo cáo vấn đề phát sinh cho trưởng bộ phận;
13. To be responsible to train employees in SD team;
Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo công nhân viên của chuyền hàn thiếc;
14. Other tasks dully assigned by the Manager/ Director.
Hoàn thành các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

Knowledge & Experience/ Trình độ, kiến thức và kinh nghiệm
+3 years working experience;
Hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm;
English or Chinese languages is basic communication.
Ứng viên sử dụng tiếng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung cơ bản.
Education, Licenses & Certification / Giáo dục, Bằng cấp & Chứng nhận
BS in Electrical, electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, etc..
Cử nhân điện, điện tử, cơ điện tử, cơ khí, …
Work Conditions/ Điều kiện làm việc
1. 48hours per week/ 48 giờ 1 tuần;
2. Working in the office, the production area /Làm việc tại văn phòng, khu vực sản xuất;
3. Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings/ Có đủ sức khỏe để làm việc, học tập, tham gia các khóa đào tạo, hội họp.
