As a Senior Backend Developer (Team Lead) at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

Upgrading, developing, and supporting payment cms built on Symfony
- Maintaining and enhancing the Symfony bundle system to ensure robust and scalable solutions
-
Ensuring code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
-
Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime
-
Hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and the success of projects
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems are current and competitive

Requirements:

5+ years of experience
-
Experience working with projects in the Fin Tech domain 5+ years

Deep knowledge of PHP 7.1+

Strong experience with Symfony

Good knowledge My SQL + Doctrine

Git
-
Linux Ubuntu
-
Experience in writing Unit tests
-
Good understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
-
Experience with API integrations and API developing
-
Mentoring experience and code review
-
Design Patterns
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and augment existing teams

Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Java Script/j Query/Ajax

Good knowledge of the English language
A big plus:

Knowledge and experience with the CI/CD process

Knowledge of Docker, AWS
-
Message queue (SQS, Redis streams, JMS)
