FULL TIME OFFICE-BASED DEBT COLLECTORS AND TRACING POSITIONS AVAILABLE
We are hiring
We are looking for strong junior debt collectors and tracing experts to join our team.
Duties:
· Must have excellent negotiation skills
· Have the ability to motivate payments
· Must be accurate in precise in administration
· Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
· Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
· Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
· Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
· Update account status and database regularly
· Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
· Creative approach to obtain information.
· Communicate effectively with debtors both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1-year experience in call centre
· Must be computer literate
· Proven experience as debt collector
· Experience in working with targets
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Has regular customer contact via telephone and email.
· Matric is non-negotiable
