The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in managing daily operations at the Spa Front Desk and within the Spa Facilities. They ensure smooth administration and coordination of Spa, Salon, Fitness, and Wellness Facilities, maintaining efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Somatology (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC advantageous).
- Business Management/ Administration Diploma advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years in the Spa/beauty industry.
- Minimum 1 years’ assistant managerial / Supervisor experience.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
- Opera and ESP systems knowledge – advantageous
- Excellent client service, communication and organization skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Pro-active mind set and Goal Orientated.
- Flexibility and Team Player.
