Salary: Php50,000-Php100,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors Degree holder
*Has at least 3-5 years of working experience in a managerial role
*Has total working experience of 10 years in learning or training role.
*Amenable to work on site.
*Can start as soon as possible is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Recognize the organizational structure, corporate strategy, learning and collaboration style, and operating environment.
*Oversee customer relations, demand and pipeline management, problem solving, designing educational programs, reporting, and new initiatives.
*Create the capability development plan and allocate funds for the planning, execution, and administration of relevant solutions. Concentrate on one or more tactics, such as the alternative learning approach, talent enablement plan, and training strategy.
*Incorporate the most recent advancements and industry best practices from the Capability Development team and the learning sector.
* Other task as assigned.
