Store Manager (CARAGA)
A Store Manager oversees daily operations, including staffing, sales, and customer service. They create strategies to meet sales targets, manage inventory, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing. They also handle staff training, performance evaluations, and scheduling. Additionally, managers deal with customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction levels and drive repeat business. Overall, they're responsible for the efficient and profitable functioning of the store.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability.
- Managing inventory levels and merchandise displays to optimize sales.
- Training and supervising staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues.
- Analyzing sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Collaborating with the management to achieve overall store objectives.
- Budgeting and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in store operations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Several years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in supervisory or managerial roles.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, and inventory management is also valuable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in budgeting, sales forecasting, and staff supervision are key competencies.
- Must be willing to be trained for 3 to 6 months duration.
- Must be willing to relocate and stay-in and be assigned in different store branches within Mindanao (DAVAO REGION, CARAGA, SOCCSKSARGEN)
Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tupi, South Cotabato: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
- Store Manager: 3 years (Required)
- Retail management: 5 years (Required)
- English (Preferred)
