Sales and Property Management Assistant

Earn PHP 30,000 to Php 35,000 per month while upskilling your career working for one of our many Real Estate clients in Australia as a Sales and Property Management Assistant.

Job Description
1. Sales
  • Assist with inputting sales agents completed Locked On (CRM database) tasks.
  • Create, manage, and update property listings on various platforms (Property Me & Locked On) to ensure the information is accurate and up to date.
  • Create high-quality brochures and other promotional materials for listed properties using Real Hub (this will be later in the year once we move onto this platform)
  • Creating an open house sheet for agents to look at and also schedule property showings onto Locked On
  • Assisting in listing preparation for putting them on the internet through Locked On
  • Assisting in completing the file once a property is withdrawn from sale.
  • Emailing agents sale authorities once they come through emails.
  • Downloading photography/floorplans from the photographer’s cloud and emailing to the agents. Then saving the marketing material onto our server
  • Completing a sold case study for every sold property and saving onto the server for agents use.
  • Sending SMS to clients through our CRM Locked On eg. once a property sells, sending an SMS to vendors before Auction Day.
  • At the end of each month assist in updating end-of-month newsletter templates that get sent out through the CRM Locked On to clients
2. Property Management
  • Advertise properties on various platforms and maintain listings.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Assist with lease renewals and new applications.
  • Process maintenance invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Update bond details.
  • Attach relevant certificates and documents into tenancy files.
  • Entering information into Locked On database.
  • Transfer of management/tenant transfers
  • Assist Property Manager with other ad-hoc duties as required.
Role Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience working with an Australian real estate, either in sales or property management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in using Locked On and Property Me is preferred.
