Job Title: SALES AND ADMISSIONS ASSOCIATE
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Engaging prospect student and trainees in the market, field and social media accounts of the Company;
2. Responding to and addressing inquiries of the students and trainees;
3. Converting leads into confirmed “sales” / enrollments;
4. Processing trainee document requirements and endorsing them to Training and Standards Department for commencement of training;
5. Generating reports on weekly and monthly leads and submit to immediate superior for follow ups and alignment;
6. Achieving monthly targeted sales/enrollments directed by the Top Management thru close cooperation with the Sales and Admissions Supervisor;
7. Deliver high level of personalized service to office guests and/or trainees;
8. Manage special messages to prospect trainees, applicants, and parents (including visa support letters for international applicants);
9. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints through the use of various communication channels, including, but not limited to, Viber, Messenger, SMS;
10.Keeping records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments/complaints and escalate comments/complaints, as may be deemed necessary, to concerned department/s;
11. Provide/devise customer feedback process and ensure its efficiency;
12. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support at all times; and
13. Perform other tasks as may be deemed necessary.
