Job Description:

• Attends to all guest needs
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct
• Ensure that food and beverage ordered by guest are delivered on time within the company standard
• Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table set up following the company standards
• Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees
• Performs other related duties and function assigned by his/her superior

Job Specifications:

• With at least 3-5 years working experience as Managerial preferably in Casual Dining and/or Fine Dining Restaurant
• With Excellent Communication Skills
• Perform cash audit and inventory.
• Can use MS EXCEL confidently for daily and monthly reports.
• Can start ASAP.
• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan Valley Region (Cauayan, Santiago & Tuguegarao)
• With experience is an advantage (but not required).
