Job Duties:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
Base Salary: Up to 25,000 Pesos per month

Job Duties:
- Oversee Project Tracking, Monitoring, and Performance Management
- Lead Project Planning and Coordination
- Facilitate Client Interviews and Worker Training
- Ensure top-tier Quality Assurance
- Manage and implement feedback from Project Manager
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, HR, or similar roles in the BPO industry
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Location Koronadal and Polomolok
- High School, Senior High School Graduate, College Graduate, or Undergraduate
