Production Leadman - DAVAO
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate. TESDA certificate holder is advantage
- Extensive work experience as Production Crew and Machine Operator in the same field
- Can operate and troubleshoot Roll forming machines
- Flexible attitude towards working hours and conditions
- Can cope up with the physical demands of the job
- Experienced in managing personnel
- Receive Job Order from Admin Department and ensure details are correct to avoid double production of materials
- Provide guidance and training to Machine Operators and Production Crews
- Monitor activities going on at production area to avoid damage of products
- Perform troubleshooting of machineries
- Submit needed production reports
- Undertake duties of machine operator if needed
- Assist in production planning in the absence of Plant Supervisor
Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
