Major Function
Responsible for all on-time POD updating and transmittal in TMS.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. POD updating and transmittal in TMS
2. Checks/ clears POD and its attachments
3. Timely transmittal of POD to origin branch
4. Sending of scan copy of POD to origin for Top Customers such as Shell/ Energizer/ Colpal and others.
5. Provides update on the delivery and POD status requested by origin branch. 6. Prepares billing transmittal for local and AR transfer
