1. Implement G-AMS /Asset PM, and HSSE programs
2. Prepare and submit the regulatory reports promptly to DOLE, DENR and equivalent authorities
3. Keep plant certifications, licenses, and permits up to date
4. Serve as focal person and guide during compliance inspections and audits
5. Ensure that HSSE issues are communicated effectively and ensure that the staff are fully aware of their responsibilities and fulfil their duties in accordance with ILC policies, procedures and standards
6. Conduct investigation on HSSE incidents and recommend corrective action plans and implementation
7. Ensure that work areas are kept in a safe condition whilst the work is being carried out and that the area is made safe at the end of the day
8. Lead and facilitate the emergency drill activities
9. Ensure all emergency equipment (i.e., fire pumps, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, etc.) are in good condition at all times
10. Act as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) who will ensure environmental compliance of ILC Plant
11. And any other jobs that may be delegated by POE.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
