The Role:
Join a dynamic team as a Migration Agency Coordinator, working for a client who values efficiency and excellence in visa processing. In this role, you'll be at the heart of helping people achieve their migration dreams.
You Will:

• Be the Backbone of the Operation: Assist migration agents in preparing essential engagement documents and visa applications, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Connect and Communicate: Arrange meetings and consultations, gather and validate documentation, and keep clients and business partners informed and engaged.
• Drive Efficiency: Manage the company's CRM software, initiate online application lodgement, and maintain an organized client database.
• Multitask with Ease: Handle intake sessions, draft applications, and stay ahead of changing migration laws and regulations, all while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Thrive Under Pressure: Work to tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver exceptional results.

You Are:

• Experienced and Ready: With 1-3 years in migration agency operations or related fields, you're equipped to make an impact. Entry-level applicants with a passion for the industry are also welcome.
