Mall Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the mall facilities, including common areas, restrooms, parking lots, and tenant spaces. Coordinating with maintenance staff or external contractors to address any repairs or issues promptly.
  • Tenant Relations: Serving as a primary point of contact for tenants (stores and businesses within the mall). Addressing their concerns, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring lease agreements and regulations are followed.
  • Security and Safety: Implementing and enforcing security protocols to ensure the safety of patrons, tenants, and employees. This includes working with security personnel and possibly law enforcement to respond to incidents and emergencies.
Qualifications:
  • Any business course related graduate
  • Can work in all levels of the organization
  • Has analytical skills
  • High proficiency in excel and other programs needed for reports and business analysis
  • Experience in shopping mall set up is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Benefits:

  • 13th month salary
