Learning & Development Specialist (Rizal, Palawan)
Job Description:
- Develop and implement training initiatives that inspire and educate our employees, helping them build the skills they need to succeed.
- Design training materials that are interactive and easy to understand, making learning a rewarding experience.
- Work closely with teams to understand their unique challenges and training needs.
- Conduct assessments to pinpoint skills gaps and tailor training solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online.
- Make learning enjoyable and impactful, ensuring that employees feel confident applying what they’ve learned.
- Track employee progress and provide support to ensure everyone is on the path to success.
- Gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs to continuously improve and adapt.
- Share insights and recommendations to enhance our learning initiatives and support career growth.
- Help employees create career development plans and explore opportunities for growth within the company.
- Provide guidance and resources to support their professional journey.
- Willing to be assigned to Rizal, Palawan
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or in a similar role, with a passion for helping others grow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure the impact of your programs.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
