Kitchen Officer for SM Clark, Pampanga
The work of the Production Officer involves various functions, with the goal of ensuring top quality in food production.
Schedule:
- Oversee the hiring and training of Kitchen Staff
- Ensure Kitchen staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety
- Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations
- Prepare reports to update upper management on Kitchen Activities
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and food products
- Ensure products and raw materials are appropriately stored at optimum conditions
- Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to
- In charge of overall Kitchen Operations
- Can start ASAP
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Kitchen Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
