Front Office Associate
- Perform check in and check out procedures, accommodates special requests whenever possible.
- Understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashiering and cash handling policies and procedures
- Identify all due out rooms and arrange supporting documents and ensure billing is correct.
- Handle and promptly acts on guest complaints to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all guest consistently receive prompt, friendly and efficient service through follow up on guests request or concerns, familiarization on the facilities and amenities.
- Follow all company policies and procedures and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handles guest inquires, emails, messages, packages, reconfirmation of flights and other matters for guest.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls promptly, tactfully and courteously
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
