RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
• Assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
• Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to Sales Manager
• Supervise Sales Representatives
• Agree to assigned sales objectives and discusses with customers individual targets to ensure attainment of overall area target
• Exerts best effort to convince customers to avail of the company’s full product portfolio
• Inform/update customers regularly on upcoming/existing promotional activities to ensure that all customers are able to avail of promo offerings
• Update customers (resellers) of individual sales performance in every territory to develop a competitive atmosphere among them
• Open up new accounts to expand area penetration

REQUIREMENTS:

• College graduate
• Excellent in communications at all levels using effective oral and written skills
• Can develop and implement outstanding sales strategies
• Highly analytical, driven, flexible, and has strong leadership skills
• Willing to travel (Mindanao area)
• Must know how to drive with professional driver's license
