Dispatch Auditor
The CSS Dispatch Auditor supporting the NOC should be a creative individual with a proven track record of fix challenging business problems. This individual will need to be detail-oriented, with an acumen for analyzing data and process. He/she will need to be able to work in collaboration with business owners to drill deep into complex issues, get a clear understanding of the current process, and then make recommendations on process solutions, improvements and streamlining.
- Select workload in Service Now
- Audit all dispatches for correct billing
- Ensure the notes justify the Scope selected “If it is not in the notes it did not happen”
- Ensure the parts captured in Dispatch parts Scope is also justified by the notes
- Change the questions in the WOT to tell what actually happened
- Choose correct information, billing included for Dispatch Parts
- Manipulate Time and date to fit dispatch parameters.
- Ensure Scope is met
- Strong reader
- Can navigate Service Now and Work Market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
