We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager with a strong background in the fast food industry to lead our marketing efforts for health and wellness retail products. This role is pivotal in leveraging your expertise to develop strategies that connect with health-conscious consumers while driving brand growth and sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote health and wellness products, leveraging insights from the fast food industry to attract and retain health-conscious consumers.
• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions to drive consumer engagement and sales.
• Conduct thorough market research to analyze current trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable marketing strategies that position our products effectively.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new product launches align with brand messaging and meet market demands, including creating promotional strategies that highlight unique product benefits.
• Create and oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and email newsletters, ensuring all content is compelling and aligned with our brand voice.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and improve ROI.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, health professionals, and community organizations to expand brand reach and credibility, organizing events or collaborations that enhance brand visibility.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in health and wellness, as well as innovative marketing practices from the fast food sector, to continually refine marketing approaches and ensure we remain competitive.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, providing them with the necessary tools and materials to effectively promote our health and wellness products.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring expenditures to maximize the impact of marketing efforts while staying within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of brand management experience, specifically within the fast food industry, with a passion for health and wellness.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and marketing dynamics, particularly in the retail and health sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt fast food marketing principles to health and wellness products.

• Monday to Friday, on-site with flexible hours.
• Pasay, MOA.

Pay: Up to Php140,000.00 per month
