Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Actively work on the Employee Empowerment processes in a daily shopfloor approach, coaching and contributing to the add value of the business goals and needs;
• Act as trainer/coach in the different HR/ EE needs promoting workshops and trainings accordingly;
• Propose and pilot HR development projects focus on continuous innovation and continuous improvement;
• Support the managers in the follow up of individual development plans of their teams contributing to the People Review enrichment;
• Respond to HR external and internal audits and assure the efficient follow up of action plans;
• Pilot recruitment processes & talent sourcing and the on boarding follow up with managers;
• Pilot the Plant Training Plan follow up and the adequate level of competencies need it;
• Conduct and energize the Plant internal and external communication processes and promote the plant branding;
• Ensure social climate measurement exercises and adequate action plans;
• Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of KPI oh his/her responsibility and the follow up of the adequate actions plans;
• Support the HR Plant Manager in all the HR issues required, acting as a backup whenever need it;
• Promote, ensure and respect best practices in terms of Health, Safety and Environment respecting the Plant and Group policy and regulations;
• Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of management (Business Planning, Business Execution, Performance Management & People Development, Business Ethics)

Skills and competencies:

• Good knowledge of HR core processes
• Labor Law knowledge
• Languages: English mandatory
• MS Office and HR IT tools
• Knowledge of Plant HSE rules, policy and internal daily routines
• Team player with strong written and oral communication skills
• Coaching skills
• Correspondent Faurecia LCM competencies

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum education level: Master Degree in social or human Ressources sciences ;

• Ideally minimum 6 years of experience in the position within industrial environment;
