Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spanish Customer Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service and experience on a daily basis. Requirements:
Fluent Spanish speakers and Good English
Clear Military Status for men.
Location: New Cairo Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts from 4 Pm - 5am ( Maximum Shift for Females till 2 am)
5 working days, 2 Rotational days off.
Benefits: KPIs in Euros - To be calculated monthly based on The Central Bank Rate in Egyptian Currency.
