As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, noting patients' needs such as medication refills, and accurately entering this information into our system. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in speaking to US people, with a near-native English accent and a professional, friendly demeanor. **Must have prior experience in Pharmacy / drug store or with nursing background and/or similar CSR for a drug store company.** Responsibilities: * Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. *Identify and note patients' needs, including medication refills and other inquiries. *Accurately enter patient information and requests into the pharmacy's system. *Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction. *Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
