Pension scheme with 3% employer contribution. The role Bookkeeper/Administrator working Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 1.30pm (16 hour working week). Assignments/projects · Assisting the team with monthly bookkeeping on Xero, Quick Books, Sage & Excel · Assisting with bank reconciliations · Managing client debtor and purchase ledger · Posting of supplier invoices and statement reconciliations · Administrative work around the office to support the team Key success factors · Ability to learn and apply technical skills · Co-operative team player · Ability to develop effective relationships with clients. Responsibilities · Deal with one or more client assignments simultaneously and bring them to completion for review by a director · Effectively document work · Identify issues as they arise in a timely and organised manner · Build working relationships at client level and gain knowledge of your clients’ businesses · Build strong team relationship skills Key performance indicators · Meeting objectives (timeframes, budgets, outcomes) · Client feedback · Quality of work output · Integration into the team Qualification/skills and experience and personal attributes · Bookkeeping and administration experience with a minimum of 1 years experience in an accountancy practice/administrative or finance role. · Good interpersonal and relationship building skills · Team player with a positive – ‘can do’ approach · Quick Books/Sage/Xero experience preferred Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: £10,400.00 per year Expected hours: 16 per week Benefits:
