Job Description:
· Answering incoming calls
· Responding to customer inquiries
· Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
· Collaborating with team members to achieve call center goals and targets
· Continuously improving knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
· With experience in a customer service role preferred.
· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
· Language: Russian and English fluent
