About Us:
Moody Lagoon is a restaurant located on Benguela Cove in the coastal resort of Hermanus. We operate 7 days a week for lunch and extend to dinner service during December and January, offering a unique dining experience in a picturesque setting.

- Restaurant Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and uphold high standards.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage the team, ensuring motivation and excellence in service delivery.
- Guest-Centric: Prioritize delivering a superior guest experience, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stock Management: Manage inventory efficiently, minimizing waste, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Presentation: Maintain a professional and well-presented demeanour at all times.
- Hardworking & Hands-On: Be actively involved in all aspects of the restaurant, setting the standard for the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent organisational and stock management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to go the extra mile.
