Job Description

To ensure payroll data quality and governance standards are met and that controls are in place to mitigate risks.

Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards.
Provide timeous reports on operations, performance and audit findings.
Report on transactional activity progression within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability.
Execute own work in accordance with the organisational values and code of ethics.
Comply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution Identify and escalate risk as normal part of work.
Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
Work with enhanced processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiencies.
Deliver work in an accurate manner to ensure consistent results.
Draw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that leads to improved service delivery and quality.
Adhere to quality standards, turnaround times and company policies and procedures.
Complete relevant administration, reporting and updating of information accurately and on time.
Address process controls using quality assurance principles to ensure data quality governance for error free data.
Design exception reports and add to the exception reports library for future ongoing use.
Resolve exceptions through the relevant stakeholders in accordance with required response time, quality and service delivery standards.
Assess and recommend enhancements to current data exceptions, throughput and output controls.
Supplement data not on BI tool to create dashboards by sourcing and interpreting relevant data across Human Capital Operational services.
Contribute to Quality Assurance (QA) dashboards which provide insights into data performance standards to be presented at relevant management forums.
Source and analyse data to identify and resolve quality exceptions Review and confirm data exceptions have been resolved.
Investigate new ways to optimise processes.
Flag opportunities to migrate to platform and supports the use of technology in process and system improvements.
Draw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that lead to improved service delivery and quality.
Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance.
Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.
