Job Description: Volleyball Coach


Overview:
We are seeking a Volleyball Coach to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of developing athletes at various levels.


Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for athletes at different skill levels, including under 12, under 14, and under 16.
2. Provide individualized coaching to enhance players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall performance.
3. Foster a positive and motivating environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
4. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
5. Coordinate with other coaches, staff members, and administrators to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
6. Serve as a mentor and role model for athletes, instilling values of discipline, dedication, and resilience.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and developments in volleyball coaching through continuous learning and professional development.


Requirements :
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in volleyball coaching, with a proven track record of success.
2. At least 5 years of experience coaching under 12, under 15, and under 18 athletes in volleyball academies and clubs.
3. Preferable experience coaching in a top 3 club team in Singapore or an overseas professional league.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively connect with athletes, parents, and stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate athletes to achieve their full potential.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
7. Valid coaching certifications and credentials from recognized governing bodies or associations.
8. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
