Senior Quality Assurance Engineer 2
As QA Lead you will be responsible for defining, executing and maintaining the strategic roadmap for the Casino area in terms of automation and testing practices.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Automation & Performance Capability
Lead the development of Automation frameworks to maintain or improve our delivery pipeline capabilities in both backend and frontend areas together with other QA leads.
Collaborate with the Engineering teams to maintain the automation strategies agreed upon whole Casino
Maintain and improve current automation statistics (e.g. Jira Dashboard, Confluence) to have always an updated visibility on the status
Be an active member of the Casino Leads group and testing guild
Create automation roadmaps to improve delivery and reduce manual testing
Provide tooling recommendations to engineering teams
Improve the monitoring system in terms of Automation tests
Support and provide guidance to the testing guild
Maintain regular code reviews
Being proactive in tackling the challenges in terms of automation and/or implementing them
Being active in the testing guild and analyse the solutions proposed thoroughly
Being owner of the performance testing strategy for Casino area
Leadership
Provide 360 feedback to the workstream QAs twice/year
Delegating certain responsibilities to the QAs workstream representatives and making sure that the deadlines are met.
Being actively involved together with the other QA leads in the company’s and vertical testing guild

Technical Competencies
Experience in automation testing (e.g. Web Driver IO, Appium, Typescript)
Experience and knowledge in testing microservices (e.g. API, Contract testing)
Good knowledge in performance testing (JMeter/Locust/Python)
Experience with AWS services and containerization (e.g. Terraform, Docker, API gateway, Lambda, Step Functions)
Background in mobile testing and automation
Good knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. Kibana, Datadog)
Experience with implementing CI/CD processes (e.g. Buildkite)
Key experience & qualifications
6+ years software delivery experience
Demonstrated experience leading and influencing testers
