Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Al Rayyan Al Ateek St, Doha
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing knowledgeable assistance and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers both in-store and through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per month

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing knowledgeable assistance and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers both in-store and through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and technical support for automotive accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and inventory counts.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Male candidates aged 25-35 years old.
- 2-5 years experience
- Must be fluent in Arabic.
- Must be currently residing in Qatar.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- A passion for cars and automotive accessories is highly desirable.
Pay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Automotive Accessories Industry: 2 years (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
