Job Qualifications:

• BFSI experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Strong Facilitation and Presentation Skills and has the ability to assess and provide feedback
• Can multi-task and can adapt and change to various roles and responsibilities
• College Degree
• 1 Year Call center Experience./ Outbound and Inbound experience preferred.
• 6 months previous customer service experience and strong BFSI experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills consistent with North American business standards.
• Must have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
