Rekado Filipino Cuisine Inc. is expanding. Join our growing team now! REKADO is the current Food and Service Provider at PAGSS Premium Airport Lounge located at NAIA Terminal 1, Pasay City Commissary is located in Cupang, Muntinlupa
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers who meet Rekado Filipino Cuisine's quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to secure the best terms for the commissary's operational needs.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels without excess waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to align procurement needs with seasonal menus.
- Manage Qashier backend tasks, including daily sales reconciliation and transaction reporting.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules for the Purchasing and Logistics section.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Assist in hiring and evaluating employees within the Purchasing and Logistics section.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in procurement or a related role, preferably in the food industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation.
- Clearances: NBI and Medical Clearance.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
