Lifeguard

Job Summary:
The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests in and around the pool area or beach. This role involves monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, providing emergency response when necessary, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
  • Strong swimming skills and the ability to perform rescues in water.
  • Excellent observational skills and the ability to remain alert for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
