Lead Generation Specialist
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the BPO industry and possess excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and a strong command of grammar are essential.
Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
• Qualify leads based on established criteria
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in a lead generation or sales role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a specific industry or market
• Familiarity with lead generation strategies and techniques
