Distributor Specialist (FMCG Industry - Diaper Products)
The
Distributor Specialist
is responsible for handling direct serviced outlets of the company in the assigned area to meet monthly sales volume objectives, maintain merchandising standards, execute trade marketing programs, and ensure timely collection of accounts.

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets, distribution (Retail Performance Standard or RPS), collection, and merchandising objectives within the assigned accounts/territory.
- Monitor and record daily activities and productivity through Daily Sales Activity Reports (DSAR), Customer Call Cards, and Customer Collection Jackets to ensure achievement of assigned sales budgets for the accounts.
- Identify areas for sales improvement, formulate necessary plans and programs, communicate with the Regional General Manager (RGM), and obtain RGM approval.
- Ensure proper execution, monitoring, and feedback on sales, distribution, collections, and merchandising strategies/programs versus set objectives.
- Ensure all trade agreements and supports are authorized by the Sales Director and/or Marketing, conform to the assigned accounts, and receive RGM approval.
- Coordinate with Finance, Credit & Collection, Accounting, Logistics, and other departments to manage assigned accounts effectively.
- Help manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets to maximize the company’s resources.
- Review updated pricelists and memos to stay informed about company products and pricing.
- Explain different products and their features to trade customers and/or potential customers.
- Ensure integrity, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness (I-ACT) in report submissions.
- Perform other job-related duties and functions as assigned by the superior.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course.
- Previous FMCG sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Quick to learn and adapt.
- Strong ethics and integrity.
- Decision-making and accountability, results-oriented and commitment-driven.
- Stress tolerance, continuous improvement, teamwork, and cooperation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
