I. Job Summary:
The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling surveillance cameras to detect and report suspicious activities, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. They work closely with security teams to respond to incidents in real-time, while maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
II. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV systems to detect and report suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Respond to incidents by alerting security teams and relevant authorities in real-time.
• Control and adjust cameras to obtain clear views and enhance surveillance as needed.
• Log and document activities, including incidents and actions taken.
• Review stored footage for investigations and routine security checks.
• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV equipment and report malfunctions.
• Follow regulations related to privacy, security, and data protection policies.

III. Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in surveillance, security, or related fields is a plus.
• Certification or training in CCTV operations may be required.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of video monitoring software.
